Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, SDK, or associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
We provide a web behavior analytics service that receives browser interaction summaries and provides analytics through edge-hosted infrastructure. Outputs describe submitted telemetry; they do not guarantee bot or abuse detection, identity verification, or prevention of malicious requests.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account used to access the service via magic link authentication.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the API, edge workers, or backend database.
- Abuse API endpoints or intentionally overload the infrastructure. We do not promise a particular rate limit or that every abusive request will be detected or blocked.
- Deploy the SDK on websites designed to collect, process, or expose sensitive personal data without appropriate consent.
5. Compliance with Laws and Privacy Standards
If you integrate our SDK into your websites or applications, you are responsible for determining and meeting the notices, permissions, and other obligations that apply to your use. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and circumstance; these Terms do not determine that consent is always required or that any particular notice or consent mechanism is sufficient. 6. Installation, Retention, and Requests
Direct HTTPS collection is available, and optional managed Cloudflare setup is offered for supported zones after route verification. We do not currently offer verified manual proxy instructions for Cloudflare Workers, nginx, Apache, Next.js, or Express. Any independently configured relay can change request handling, transport security, or additional data processing. Detailed Page Session records are currently eligible for cleanup after five days for Evaluation and the reviewed paid catalog, subject to scheduled processing and integrity holds. Aggregates, proofs, provenance, and accounting records may remain longer without a single established expiry period. Removing an inactive domain from the account view does not delete its data. 7. Service Availability and Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we make warranties regarding the accuracy of telemetry outputs for specific third-party use cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or SDK.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
